Pick up the pace at the PACE Annual Convention & Expo

The Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), is the only non-profit, trade association dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that engage with customers via the contact center. The Association enhances the ability of members to provide outstanding customer engagement in omni-channel contact center environments through its four pillars: Partnerships, Advocacy, Compliance and Education.

You can experience PACE and all its benefits for yourself. Take part in the 2018 PACE National Convention and Expo (ACX’18) and enjoy many opportunities for education and networking. This year’s theme “Exceeding the Expectations of the Connected Customer” highlights those who are molding, shaping and innovating the world of contact centers and customer engagement. There is something for everyone at this year’s convention. Keynote speakers include: The 100-Mile Man Jesse Itzler, Louis Summe CEO for LiveVox, and Laurie Toscano, Executive Director for Global End User Services at The Estée Lauder Companies. In addition, education tracks in the areas of operations, customer experience, compliance and technology will be offered to provide actionable items that can be implemented immediately.

One of the biggest benefits of attending the PACE Convention & Expo is the opportunity to network and engage with industry leaders. From the opening night reception, Expo Hall and Premier receptions, and the “Back to the Future Bash”, participants have a multitude of opportunities to make new and valuable connections. The Expo Hall will be open throughout the convention, giving participants the opportunity to talk with companies at the forefront of the contact center/customer engagement industry. We want to see you April 15 in Atlanta!

Welcome to the blog of Ray Osborne's collected writings.

There is a saying that goes that "The queen of all science is physics". I will borrow that and say that "That the queen of all interests is writing". One must have a deep appreciation for an interest in order to write about it. The writer gets much satisfaction out of researching their interests to obtain more expertise in their field. And this is the reason I write, to learn more about the subjects that interests me.

Writing is more than informing the reader, it is a journey for the writer. The journey involves many curves, mind disciplines, new relationships and produces other surprises along the way. It is form and perhaps the very first form of creation- the logos.

The journey continues, visit my connections link at on the right side. My sincere hope is that my writing will inspire you to keep learning.
